How to approve a post

If you're working in a team, or with a client then approving posts will help you stay on top of what's ready to be published, what's in need of changes or what's been denied.

Luckily we have a full approval workflow that also allows you to chat with each other as well as changing the status of posts to approved, pending or denied.

Clients without a Pallyy account can approve from the shared calendar

How to approve a post



Go to your Pallyy dashboard and open the calendar page
Click on an existing post (or create one if you haven't already)
In the bottom footer, click the comments button


At the top of the comments section click the status button and choose a status


When the status changes, you'll see a status label on your posts in the calendar so you can easily see which have been approved:



When you change the status, anyone who is assigned to the post will get a email notification
