Pallyy makes it easy to collaborate by allowing you to share your content calendar with clients or team members. It’s a simple way to keep everyone in the loop without needing them to log in. Perfect for client approvals or internal reviews.

✨ Using the shared calendar requires a paid subscription.

Security notes:

  • Anyone with the URL can see the calendar

  • Anyone can change post status or leave comments

  • Posts can't be created, edited (except for status) or deleted

  • Notes can be created and edited, but can't be deleted

Enable the shared calendar

Go to Dashboard > Month then click the More icon in the top right navigation and select Share.

Click on Get started at the bottom right of the popup window.

By default we will enable your shared calendar. Click Copy to copy the URL then customize what you would like to be visible on the shared calendar by clicking the checkboxes. Click Save to save your changes.

Paste your shared calendar URL into a new tab. It will look something like pal.page/123456.

Anyone with the URL will be able to access this page. You can toggle it off at anytime.

Approve posts

Go to your shared calendar URL and click on a post.

Click on the status button at the bottom right of the post and select a status then click Save.

You will see a label appear on the post to indicate the status. The owner of the shared calendar will get notified by email that the post status has changed.

Comment on posts

Go to your shared calendar URL and click on a post.

Click on the Comments button at the bottom of the post.

Enter your name and a comment then click Send comment. The person who created the shared calendar will receive a notification every time you leave a comment.

You can also toggle Show archived to see any older comments the shared calendar owner has archived.

Create and edit notes

Go to your shared calendar URL and click on the New + button in the top right. Click on Note.

Enter a note, choose the note color (background) and click Confirm in the bottom right.

Click on the note to edit it again, or drag it around to change the date.

For security reasons, notes can't be deleted from this page.
