Pallyy makes it easy to create, schedule, and manage your social media content across all platforms, all in one place.

You must connect at least one social account to start creating posts.

Create a post

Go to Calendar > Month then select one or multiple media items from the media library on the left. Drag and drop to a day on the calendar.

For smaller screens and mobile

If your on a smaller screen or a mobile you will not see the left media library, so instead start by clicking New in the top right corner.

Select one or more media items then click Select Media in the bottom right.

By default we will select all of your social accounts to publish to. If you don't want to publish to some, toggle them off by clicking the profile picture in the top left of the post.

Enter a caption for your post in the Caption input.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Click the Copy to all icon under the caption input to copy it to all of the captions for other social accounts.

From the top right, select the day and time you want your post to get published. If you want to publish it now, ignore this step.

Post errors

If your post has errors you can still save it as a draft, but to schedule it you will need to fix them first. Scroll through the post and fix any red errors.

Once you're ready, click Schedule in the bottom right of the post. Alternatively you can click the arrow next to it and click either:

  • Save as draft - saves the post but won't go live

  • Publish now - publishes immediately

  • Add to queue - schedules to the next available timeslot in your queue

Edit a post

Go to Calendar > Month and click a post on your calendar.

Edit your post details like caption, tagged users, type of post etc and then click Schedule or Save as draft to save it.

You can also drag a post from day to day on the calendar to change the date it's scheduled for.

Delete a post

✨ You can only delete posts on paid subscriptions.

⚠️ Deleting a post from Pallyy will not delete it from your social media accounts if it has already been published.

Go to Calendar > Month and click a post on your calendar. At the bottom click on the three dots button and click Delete.
