Tagging people is currently only supported for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
Tag people on Instagram
Tag people on an image
In the edit post window, click on the Tag People icon located at the bottom of the image.
Click anywhere on the image to start tagging someone. Enter their full Instagram username and click the green check to save it. You can tag up to 20 people on a single post. When you're ready click Save.
We don't support auto-complete so you must make sure it is spelled correctly or the person won't be tagged. The user must also be a public business account.
You can see how many people you've tagged by the number next to the Tag People icon.
Tag people in the caption
Click on the caption box and type @ followed by a username of a public Instagram business profile. It does not support searching, but if you type the username correctly it will be clickable in the post once published.
Unlike other networks, this will just look like plain text with no blue background.
Tag people on Facebook
In the edit post window, click on the caption box and enter @. Start typing the username of the person you would like to tag. Enter their full username for better results. When you have found the person, click their username from the dropdown.
You will be able to tell they are tagged correctly if they have a blue background behind their tag.
No people showing in the dropdown list?
If you start typing a username and it loads but then does not show anyone, try to refresh your Facebook connection then try again.
Tag people on LinkedIn
You can only tag pages and not personal profiles.
In the edit post window, click on the caption box and enter @. Type the full username of the page you would like to tag as LinkedIn doesn't support searching users.
You can find the full username in the URL link to that persons LinkedIn page. If the username has numbers or dashes in it, include them too. When you have found the page click it from the dropdown list.
You will be able to tell they are tagged correctly if they have a blue background behind their tag.
No people showing in the dropdown list?
If you have typed the page username in full and it's not showing, try to refresh your LinkedIn connection then try again.
Tag people on X (Twitter)
Click on the caption box and type @ followed by a username of a public X profile. It does not support searching, but if you type the username correctly it will be clickable in the post once published.
Unlike other networks, this will just look like plain text with no blue background.
