Sometimes when you try to connect an Instagram account to your Social Set it may not show in the list of available Instagram accounts. Here's a few things you can try to get it to show up.

Check if you need to review the connection

Go to Facebook.com > Pages then scroll down to the page that your Instagram account is connected to and click Switch now.

Go to Settings > Linked Accounts > Instagram and look for a blue Review Connection button. Click it and follow the prompts to review the connection.

If the connection was reviewed successfully, go back to Pallyy and it should show up in the list.

If you can't see a Review connection button, try the next troubleshooting step

Make sure your Instagram is a Creator or Business account

Instagram requires your account to be a Creator or Business account to be able to add to a third party platform.

To switch your account, go to one of the following links:

Once you have changed your account go to Settings > Social Sets then scroll down to the bottom and click Reauthorize Facebook connection.

After re-authorizing, go in to your social set and try to add your Instagram account.

If you still can't see your account, try the next troubleshooting step

Re-authorize your Facebook connection

Occasionally you may need to do a full re-authorize process to give Pallyy new access to your Instagram accounts.

Go to Settings > Social Sets then scroll down to the bottom and click Reauthorize Facebook connection.

After re-authorizing, go in to your social set and try to add your Instagram account.

If you still can't see your account, contact support for help.
