Sometimes you may stop receiving comments and DM's from Instagram/Facebook due to a number of reasons such as the accounts need to be refreshed (maybe the password changed etc).

Here's a few things you can do to try and get it working again.
Re-authorize your Facebook connection
Occasionally you may need to do a full re-authorize process to give Pallyy new access to your Instagram/Facebook accounts.
Go to Settings > Social Sets then scroll down to the bottom and click Reauthorize Facebook connection.
Toggle the inbox off and back on
Sometimes you may simply need to just toggle the Instagram/Facebook setting off and then back on for it to start working again.
Go to Dashboard > Inbox then click the settings button in the top right of the page. Toggle the Instagram and Facebook toggles to the "off" position, then toggle them again to the "on" position.
After completing these steps, you will need to wait for a new comment or DM to come in, as we can't pull them from the past so please give it a few hours or even day to see if it starts working again.
If it still does not work, contact support and tell us which social set it's happening to.
