Social Sets are a set of social accounts connected to a individual, brand or business. You can add one of each of our support networks to each Social Set.
✨ Social Sets are priced per Social Set.
Create a Social Set
Go to Settings > Social Sets > Create then give your Social Set a name. This could be the name of yourself, your client or a brand your manage.
Click on one of the social networks to connect your first social account to your Social Set. You will be redirected to the social network to complete some prompts, then sent back to Pallyy to complete the adding process.
You will need to connect at least 1 social account to be able to use the majority of Pallyy's features.
Edit a Social Set
Go to Settings > Social Sets then select the Social Set you want to edit. Scroll down to the bottom and click Edit Social Set.
Delete a Social Set
Deleting a Social Set is permanent
When you delete a Social Set we will delete all scheduled posts and related data from this Social Set. It can't be un-done.
To delete a Social Set you must first remove all social accounts connected to the set.
Go to Settings > Social Sets then select the Social Set you want to delete. Remove all social accounts connected to this set.
Scroll down to the very bottom and click the red button Delete Social Set.
Enter DELETE and then click Delete Social Set forever.
