How to connect your Twitter profile
Make sure you're logged into the right Twitter profile, then follow these steps:
Go to your Pallyy dashboard and open your Social Sets
For an existing social set click manage and then twitter profile, otherwise click add social set then twitter profile
You will be sent to Twitter to authorize the connection to Pallyy
Accept and follow the prompts (you will be automatically sent back to Pallyy)
If there's no errors, your twitter profile is now connected and ready to use in Pallyy
How to delete your Twitter profile
Go to your Pallyy dashboard and open your Social Sets
Click manage on the social set the profile is in
Click the trash icon next to the profile
Deleting a profile is permanent and can't be reversed. It will also delete your twitter analytics and inbox threads.
How to refresh your Twitter profile
Occasionally your Twitter profile may become disconnected for a number of reasons like changing your password and result in failed posts.
To refresh your profile follow these steps:
Go to Twitter
Log into the same twitter profile that you want to refresh
Go to your Pallyy dashboard and open your Social Sets
Click manage on the social set the profile is in
Click refresh next to the twitter profile
It will send you to Twitter to confirm the connection, accept and follow the prompts
If you're not logged into the correct Twitter account you will see an error
If there's no errors, your twitter connection is now refreshed
Troubleshooting
Connected the wrong profile?
If you connected the wrong account, remove it from Pallyy then log out of twitter and repeat the steps to connect your profile above.
Profile already exists?
If you're seeing this error it means the twitter profile is already connected in a another account. Contact the owner and ask for them to delete it from their social set or reach out to support for help.
