Check your Facebook business integration settings
If you're having issues refreshing your Facebook or Instagram accounts, it may be because Pallyy does not have access to them. To resolve this, you must check your Facebook business integrations settings to make sure we have access.
Make sure you're logged the correct Facebook account
Go to your business integration settings
Next to Pallyy, click view and edit
Scroll through the list of permissions and make sure they are all checked
Return to Pallyy and refresh your connections
And that's it, as long as you gave us the permissions your profiles should refresh and/or be available to add into a new social set.
If you're still having problems you may need to re-authorize your Facebook connection. Head to the social sets page and clicking settings in the top right, then click re-authorize you facebook connection.

Still having issues?
If you're still having problems you may need to re-authorize your Facebook connection. Head to the social sets page and clicking settings in the top right, then click re-authorize you facebook connection.
