Check Facebook Page role
If your page is using the classic pages and has not migrated to the new experience yet, you will need either a Admin or Editor role in the page.
Go to your Facebook page via Facebook
From the left menu click settings
From the left menu click Page roles
Here you should be able to see which role you have in the page. If you're not an admin/editor you'll need to contact the page owner and ask them to change your role to an Admin or Editor.
New Pages Experience
If you have been migrated to the new page experience, the roles have changed. You must have a Facebook Access role with full control or partial control in the page.
After changing any roles, you'll need to refresh the connection between Pallyy and Facebook
