Your Google My Business location must be verified to connect to Pallyy.
Connect a Google My Business account
Go to Settings > Social Sets then select the Social Set you want to connect an Google My Business account to. Scroll down and click Google My Business.
You will be redirected to Google to give Pallyy access to view the Google My Business accounts you have access to. Follow the prompts and you will be returned to the Social Set page.
Once you are redirected back to the Social Set page, we will show you a list of the Google accounts we have access to. Find the one that has access to the location you want to add and click View Locations.
We will show you a list of the Google My Business locations that account has access to. Find the one you want to add and click Connect.
You can confirm you connected it by looking for it under Connected accounts on the Social Set page.
Refresh a Google My Business connection
Occasionally your Google My Business account connection may become expired, which can happen for a number of reasons like changing your password, enabling two factor etc.
To avoid failed posts, and other issues, you must refresh the connection as soon as possible.
Go to Settings > Social Sets then select the Social Set your Google My Business is connected to. Scroll down the page until you can see it and click Refresh.
You will be redirected back to Google to confirm the connection. Follow the prompts to refresh the connection.
When your Google My Business connection expires, we will send you an email alerting you to refresh it.
