The user is not an Instagram Business

Why does this happen?

This can happen if you don't have a Instagram business profile, or if you toggle between business, creator and normal account types.

How to fix:

Log into Instagram and convert your account to a business profile
Refresh your Instagram profile connection

Occasionally it can take a day or two for Instagram to recognize the changes, so your posts may still fail until then.
