How to reply to messages, comments & more
Replying to messages via Pallyy's inbox is straight forward, and the same for all social networks and message types.
Open your Pallyy dashboard and go to the Social Inbox page
Open a message
If there's multiple people in the thread, choose a person to reply to
Type your reply
Click send
If you receive an error when replying it most likely means that you need to refresh your social connection. Head to your social sets page & refresh the connection for the profile you're using, then try again.
You can also try to toggle the connection off/on from the social inbox settings.
