You can cancel your subscription at anytime, without any fees. When you cancel your subscription it will still be active until your current cycle ends.

How to cancel your subscription

Go to your Pallyy dashboard and open the Subscription page
Scroll down to the bottom and click cancel subscription


Follow the prompts and click cancel

How to resume your subscription

Go to your Pallyy dashboard and open the Subscription page
Scroll down to the bottom and click resume subscription

You can only resume if the subscription has been cancelled and the current period is yet to finish.
