Can't log in to the Pallyy app?

To log in to the pallyy app you must use the same email and password combination that you use for the website. The password is case sensitive.

Using Facebook log in?

Unfortunately you can't log in to the app with Facebook. You must reset your password to generate a password first.

Go to your Pallyy dashboard and log out
Reset your Pallyy password using your Facebook email
Open the app and log in with your facebook email and new password

You can now also use this email/password to log into our website without using the login with Facebook option.

Troubleshooting

Are you using the right combination? You can only log in with an email and password, not a username and password. Ensure you're using your email and password and try again.
